For Pier 90, JHCE developed a conceptual a cost estimate for the demolition of grain silos. For Pier 90, JHCE supported the development of as-built drawings for two barges which are slated for rehabilitation. For Pier 94 Backlands, JHCE developed a cost estimate for preliminary site redevelopment including regrading, disposal of contaminated soils and gravel, etc. Pier 96 was slated for replacement of sheet piles to address predicted sea level rise.
