PROJECT CONTROLS

JHCE is able to support aspects of project controls using a variety of tools. Services included updating and maintaining program cost codes, development and execution of baseline change orders, development, and execution of the Change Management Request input into P6, running weekly individual project and program weekly reports, running weekly team meetings for status updates with team leads, and incorporation of all scope and budget aspects into P6. JHCE is able to perform full Earned Value analysis of projects and build the resource dictionary within P6 and cost and resource loading the schedules.
