JHCE provided Construction Management support for the North Point Outfall Rehabilitation Project, a $12.1M project to rehabilitate sewer outfall pipelines on Piers 33 and 35. The scope included dredging, sediment removal, concrete spot repairs, interior relining, and replacement of submarine diffuser pipes.
