From 2016 to the present JHCE served as Construction Manager for the Ocean Beach Coastal Erosion and Wastewater Infrastructure Protection Project, a multi-year effort to replenish sand for the protection of the Lake Merced Transport Tunnel, wastewater infrastructure threatened by coastal erosion and sea level rise. Services included Resident Engineer and Field Engineer/Inspector.
