Teri Klonsky Beckett

Teri is an award-winning degreed Ocean Engineer with over 30 years of design, permitting, estimating, and construction management experience on shipping port, marine construction, dredging, ecological restoration, and major coastal civil works projects in California and Florida. Her clients have included the San Francisco PUC, Port of San Francisco, NOAA, USACE, the National Park Service, as well as numerous other state and local municipal parks and shipping ports.

 

Focusing on projects within environmentally sensitive areas, her capability to bring her people skills to projects with huge stakeholder lists including multiple environmental regulatory agencies, has served on many occasions to prevent a number of potential misunderstandings, delays, and errors. Her professional registration in Civil Engineering (FL and CA), experience as a general and marine contractor, Arborist Certification, and Qualified SWPPP Developer License are all valuable elements in her skill set; tools enhancing her ability to perform constructability reviews, 3rd party estimating, and QA of bid plans and specifications – all with an eye for regulatory constraint compliance.
