ROBERT DAVIS, PE

Robert is a mechanical engineer with thirty years of experience in hydraulic modeling, pressure surge analysis, operations planning, and design of water infrastructure.  He has developed operations plans, worked on controls strategy programming, and developed shutdown and startup plans for pipelines, pumping plants, and other water transmission facilities.  Mr. Davis developed an Infowater/Infosurge model of the East Bay Municipal Utility District’s (EBMUD) raw water system to perform hydraulic modeling and analysis on high-profile projects including the Folsom Canal Connection Project, Mokelumne Aqueduct Intertie, and other projects requiring design and analyses.
