Jermaine Coffman has over nine years of Health, Environment, and Safety experience and possesses working knowledge of the Clean Water Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Wastewater Issues for the Oil and Gas Industry, and Industrial Storm Water and Industrial Wastewater Permitting, Compliance and Reporting.  Mr. Coffman possesses excellent communication skills and is passionate about developing his knowledge of Waste Treatment Plants. He has extensive and effective experience in project management for high-risk and complex projects where he relies upon his knowledge to develop and improve procedures.
