DOUG HANDRAN, PE

Doug Handran has over 25 years of experience in the design, construction, and commissioning of power distribution, control, and automation systems at hydroelectric power plants and water/wastewater facilities. Over a 15-year period as an employee of East Bay Municipal Utility District, Doug supported operation and maintenance work at two hydroelectric power plants, which included integrated protection and control system design and commissioning for the generators, generator step-up transformer banks, high-voltage transmission lines, high-voltage breaker and station battery replacement, automatic voltage regulator upgrades, and generator rewinds.
